These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Alldayter (the "Service"), a platform that provides AI-generated tutoring based on the teaching materials and style of human tutors. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

1.1. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

1.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

1.3. One account is intended for one person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, and you may not create an account on behalf of anyone else without authorization.

2. The Service

2.1. The Service gives you access to AI tutor clones, learning materials, study plans, analytics, and related features. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2.2. Access to certain content and features may depend on your subscription plan or on permissions granted by a tutor.

2.3. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures;
  • copy, resell, publicly redistribute, or create derivative works from content except as expressly permitted;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service;
  • upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Service.

3. AI-generated content

3.1. Responses produced by AI tutor clones are generated automatically and are provided for learning and informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

3.2. AI responses are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or academic advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result, grade, or exam outcome. You are responsible for independently verifying important information.

3.3. You are responsible for the content you submit to the Service and confirm you have the right to submit it.

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1. Learning materials and tutor content belong to their respective authors or to Alldayter and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning, and does not grant resale or public redistribution rights.

4.2. Alldayter and its logos, design, and software are the property of the operator. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you.

5. Subscriptions, payment, and refunds

5.1. Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown at the point of purchase.

5.2. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.3. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

5.4. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law and the refund terms shown at purchase.

6. Termination

6.1. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from settings.

6.2. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

7.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alldayter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or academic results arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

8.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
